Absolutely not. Our products and ingredients are never animal tested. We have carefully selected suppliers that follow this same philosophy.
How is sales tax calculated?
By law, we must collect 6.5% state sales tax for all orders being shipped to Florida addresses. This is 6.5% of the total order, including shipping/handling charges. Even though our shopping cart does not calculate sales tax for us, if your order is going to any address in Florida, we will add the 6.5% state sales tax to the amount that's charged to your credit card.

Click here for our current shipping rates. Unless stated otherwise in the product description, it can be assumed that all products are in stock. Orders placed before 12:00PM (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship the same day.
What are the shipping options?
Unless otherwise specified, all orders ship Standard USPS or UPS Ground. Delivery time for these orders is 3 to 7 days. If you prefer, you may elect to upgrade to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air at an additional expense. Shipping preferences can be specified on the payment page when you place your order.
Do you ship outside the US?
Sorry but the cost of international shipping prohibits us from shipping outside the US. We're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Is it safe to buy over the Internet?
Absolutely. Statistically speaking, it is safer to make purchases over the Internet than in a department store or restaurant. Our site uses the latest 128-bit security encryption to make sure that nobody can intercept and decode the information you send to our secure server. We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Our privacy policy is simple... Bolden's Bath & Beyond, Inc. will never sell or share your personal information with anybody. Period. How's that for privacy?
Do you guarantee your products?
Of course. We understand that all people (and noses) are different, and not everyone will agree on what smells or feels great. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, just follow the "Return" instructions enclosed with your order. We will pay return shipping on all orders under $100 returned within 30 days. Orders over $100 will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
